How does payment processing work?
All payments are securely processed through MontyPay. Salons receive automated daily payouts directly to their Wish account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Store owners can pay the subscription using any of the available payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or local wallets).
Are there any transaction fees?
For users: wallet payments have a 1.5% fee, card payments 2.75%. For salons: daily payouts carry a 1.5% transfer fee to your Wish account, plus 1% to cash out. The $25/month subscription includes all platform features with unlimited bookings.
